Goodbye Forever

The Goddess looked down and saw her mortal. A tear slipped down her cheek when she thought of leaving him, but she had to. Her soul tugged at her, begging her to reconsider this action, but she could not. She closed her eyes, and faded away from Earth and returned to heaven.
